Through our Birth to 5 Center, we provide high-quality early learning experiences for infants, toddlers, and young children, while also supporting pregnant women and families during the earliest stages of development. Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences (DAAS) serves as our flagship campus, providing a high-quality educational experience for scholars in elementary and middle school. Known for its robust and nationally recognized arts programming, DAAS integrates creativity and academic rigor to engage and inspire students. The school also leads with innovation, including a best-in-class teacher compensation model that offers salaries up to $100,000—driving strong teacher recruitment, retention, and professional growth. In partnership with GOAL Line Detroit, Academy Management Company serves as a central hub for high-quality after-school programming, extending opportunities far beyond a single site. Anchored at Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences, this partnership also supports additional hubs across the city, including Engage Detroit and Cass Community Social Services. Together, we are serving hundreds of students through coordinated, accessible programming that prioritizes the whole child, supporting not only academic growth, but also social-emotional development, enrichment, and community connection. This collaborative model ensures that students and families have consistent access to meaningful opportunities, regardless of where they are in the city.
