While many schools have struggled since COVID, the schools we manage have shown remarkable academic gains and increasing enrollment. Proficiency at both the elementary and middle school levels at DAAS doubled over the past three years, reflecting the impact of our strategic investments in instruction, staffing, and scholar support. At the elementary level, our overall School Index score soared from 20 in 2021–2022 to 49 in 2023–2024. In middle school, we nearly doubled our rating from 25 to 47. This consistent growth reflects our unwavering commitment to educational excellence and effective management. In an era when many schools are losing students, ours are growing.
